We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, and you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers with their orders, account issues, and general queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring the customer feels heard and valued.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide the best possible assistance.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to find solutions and improve overall service delivery.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
- Continuously seek to improve personal skills and knowledge in customer service practices.

- Enter Customer orders, sending weekly order status, and invoicing.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to empathize with customers.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations while actively listening to customer concerns.
- Proficient in using computer systems, and other applications related to customer support, mailing lists, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- An on site job.
